Dear ECRI community,
A new semester has started, and we believe that at this point there are two great matters that concern students coming to Pfarrkirchen: how to find accommodation near the campus, and how to learn german!
Accommodation
With returning to on-campus classes, a lot of students, both freshmen and older semester students are returning to Pfarrkirchen; and all of them are looking for their perfect new home during the semester.
As with everything, there are a few places you can look for information.
First of all, we strongly recommend you check International Office´s iLearn course "ECRI Orientation Day”, where you will find a lot of very useful information about renting in PAN (websites and links to searching platforms included).
Also, we recommend you read our past articles on everything you need to know about renting in Germany, where you will find useful advice on the topic.
Apart from that, we would like to use this opportunity to remind you that the STWNO (Studentenwerk Niederbayern/Oberpfalz), is opening a new residential building close to the campus and city centre, and if you would like to get a spot, go here.
